Dr. Rick Reaves

Dr. Rick Reaves came to Hill Crest in 1977 as our bi-vocational youth minister.  In 1987 he began his ministry as associate pastor.  The church called him full-time in 1990.  Upon the retirement of our pastor in 1992, Bro. Rick, as we call him, became our pastor.  God has richly blessed his ministry.  Literally hundreds have accepted Christ under his leadership. 

He and his wife, Janice, have two children.  Chris Reaves (married to Amy Whorton Reaves) and Gina Evans.  They are the proud grandparents of four granddaughters, Berit Lovelady, Holland Lovelady, Kaylee Reaves, Brynne Reaves and grandson Christopher 'Brock' Reaves.
