Hill Crest Baptist Church - Fran Ballard Biography

Fran Ballard is the Preschool Ministry Director at Hill Crest Baptist Church. Fran was born, and has lived most of her life, in Anniston, Alabama. She married her high school sweetheart David Rodney Ballard and they currently reside in Alexandria. They have two children (Brandon and Stephanie) and have three grandchildren (Ellie, Ethan, and Hunter). Fran has worked with and taught young children for over 25 years both on a professional level and in church settings. She is very excited about being called into this new Preschool Ministry. God is going to bring great things to this area of worship at Hill Crest.
