Our Hill Crest Children’s Ministry includes children from infants through 6th grade.  It involves:

Puppet Ministry

Pre-teen Camp (Grades 4-6)

Many fellowships and activities

Because of the need for age-appropriate activities, our Children’s Ministry is divided into four departments:

All teachers, workers, and helpers involved in the Children’s Ministry are required to pass a screening process, which is one of the many security measures taken to protect our children.  Other measures include: worker identification badges, visitor identification bracelets, security patrol, locked doors during Sunday School and Children’s Church, and enrollment forms on each child, completed by the parent, which provides needed medical information and the names of the adults who can pick up the child.  Furthermore, we also have medical personnel on call in the event of a medical emergency.  There is a first aid kit located in our children’s building, as well as a NOAA weather radio.  Evacuation plans are also in effect for our children in case of a weather or fire emergency.

As you can see, security is our top priority, however; our primary goal is spiritual.  We want to teach our children about the Lord and help them to salvation.  God has given us a great responsibility, and we want to please Him above all else.  Please pray not only for our children and workers at Hill Crest, but for all children in our world.
